$26 (twenty six dollars)

This membership is a required insurance for players to play in the Momentum Soccer League. It is good for the calendar year of 2026 and includes the following:

1. Certificate of Liability for fields, referees, players, staff, equipment, etc for all of the events and games that are hosted by Momentum Soccer.

2. Player accident insurance - A $5,000 reimbursement policy that helps give money in your pocket when a soccer injury happens.

3. Access to an Athletic Trainer online 24/7 through Wave on Health and brought to you by The Sports Med Guy LLC.

4. Access to all NMSSA and USASA tournaments.

Purchase this pass if you already have a Membership with NMSSA for 2026.

If you do not have a Membership with NMSSA for 2026, it will prompt you to purchase a membership for $26. (YOU CAN ALSO PURCHASE DIRECTLY THROUGH THE MEMBERSHIP LINK.) Memberships are good for the entire year. Please see NMSSA Annual Membership for more details.

When you purchase an Annual Membership, you will be allowed to guest play for 2 games within the season. After the initial $26 membership purchase, a Guest Pass is required to guest play in the league without being registered for a team.

All players in Momentum Soccer are required to be covered under insurance with NMSSA

90 minute games

3 referees

10am and 2pm games

Season length: 8 games (7 scheduled season games and 1 playoff game)

$50/player for the league fee
