This membership is a required insurance for players to play in the Momentum Soccer League. It is good for the calendar year of 2026 and includes the following:
Certificate of Liability for fields, referees, players, staff, equipment, etc for all of the events and games that are hosted by Momentum Soccer.
Player accident insurance - A $5,000 reimbursement policy that helps give money in your pocket when a soccer injury happens.
Access to an Athletic Trainer online 24/7 through Wave on Health and brought to you by The Sports Med Guy LLC.
Access to all NMSSA and USASA tournaments.
