About Sand Volleyball Sand volleyball, or beach volleyball, is a dynamic sport known for its fast-paced and high-energy gameplay. Unlike indoor volleyball, sand volleyball is played on an outdoor sand court, which adds an extra challenge due to the uneven and shifting surface. In 4v4 volleyball, teamwork and communication are crucial as players navigate the court, setting, spiking, and defending with precision and strategy.

Game Setup:

- Court Dimensions: The sand volleyball court measures 16 meters long and 8 meters wide, with a net height of 2.43 meters (7 feet, 11 5/8 inches) for men and 2.24 meters (7 feet, 4 1/8 inches) for women.

- Ball: A slightly larger and lighter ball than the indoor volleyball is used, designed specifically for outdoor play.

- Teams: Each team consists of 4 players on the court at any given time.
