Official Player Guide
ACSA-Sanctioned Competition
Welcome to LegacyLeagues — a structured, high-integrity adult basketball platform operating under the standards of the Adult Competitive Sports Association (ACSA).
This guide explains what you need to know as a player.
Participation in LegacyLeagues means you agree to follow ACSA governance, safety standards, and eligibility rules.
1. ACSA MEMBERSHIP IS REQUIRED
To compete in LegacyLeagues, you must:
Hold an Active ACSA Player Membership
Be verified in the ACSA system before warm-ups, bench presence, or play
Appear on your team’s official roster
If you are not verified as active, your team will forfeit.
No exceptions.
2. ROSTERS & ELIGIBILITY
One Team Per Season
You may compete for only one team in LegacyLeagues during a season unless you complete an approved transfer.
Trade / Transfer Deadline
The transfer window closes two (2) weeks after the first regular-season game.
You are allowed one transfer per season.
All transfers must be approved through ACSA before participation.
After the deadline, rosters are locked.

Current or former NBA players
Current or former professional basketball players
Recognized celebrity athletes
Publicly verifiable elite-level basketball figures
Guest players:

Guest players are not eligible.
Suspended players may not participate unless formally reinstated.
5. TECHNICAL FOULS & EJECTIONS
LegacyLeagues competition is serious. Conduct matters.
2 technical fouls in one game = automatic ejection.
Ejections are reviewed under ACSA discipline standards.
Suspensions are determined through the ACSA disciplinary process.
Repeated conduct violations escalate.
Respect the game.
Respect officials.
Respect opponents.
