Highland is hosting our 2v2 Cold Mountain Classic on Saturday, November 14th. Come out and enjoy our last tournament event of the year, and sip on some sweet, sweet Cold Mountain afterward! This is a 2v2 Co-Ed Competitive tournament. See you all out there!
Levels

Team Requirements
Coed teams must have balanced participation and good sportsmanship. Players must follow Highland Brewing League rules.

Team Size
2 players

Minimum Requirements
Advanced (AA–BB level in Asheville)

• Highest level of play at Highland

• Strong mastery of rules and gameplay

• Clean touches, advanced serving, and hand setting expected

• Advanced rules fully enforced

• Inexperienced players should not register and may be removed for safety

Intermediate (BB–B level in Asheville)

• Experienced sand players

• Able to run 3-hit rallies

• Consistent serving

• Comfortable with or learning clean hand setting

• Advanced rules are honored

• Inexperienced players should not register and may be removed for safety

Makeup
Coed format (men and women playing together).

Scoring Format
You will play each team once. All games to 25. Scores will be entered to set playoff brackets. Single-elimination playoff bracket.

Pool Play:

Each match consists of 1 game to 25, cap at 27.

Playoffs:

Round 1 and Quarterfinals will be 1 game to 25, cap at 27.

Semifinals and Finals are best of 3 (21, 21, 15), straight to set point.
